JUSTIN GREER is an opera singer by training, a Broadway dancer and actor by trade, and an arts educator whenever he has the time. He is a multi-faceted performer, and his skills as a singer, dancer, actor and pianist have been used in a great variety of shows. He is currently in the revival company of Anything Goes at the Roundabout Theatre. He was most recently the Dance Captain of Shrek The Musical both on Broadway and the first National Tour. Mr. Greer has been seen previously on Broadway as an understudy for Leo Bloom and Carmen Ghia in The Producers, where he was also Dance Captain. Other Broadway shows include the original companies of Seussical the Musical and Urban Cowboy, as well as Annie Get Your Gun starring Bernadette Peters..
Other NYC credits include Applause and Babes In Arms with City Center Encores!, the off-Broadway play Just Us Boys, and The Hercules Summer Spectacular at the New Amsterdam Theatre, where he played Aladdin. He has toured the country as Gideon in Seven Brides For Seven Brothers, worked with the Radio City Rockettes in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and has performed in numerous regional and stock productions. His performances have taken him to The Denver Center, Syracuse Stage, The Goodspeed Opera House, Coconut Grove Playhouse in Miami, The Fox Theatre in Detroit, and the Universal Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, among many others.
Justin was nominated for Best Leading Actor in a Musical from the Bay Area Theatre Critic's Circle for his portrayal of the title role in the San Francisco production of Bat Boy The Musical. Other favorite roles in regional houses include Will Parker in Oklahoma, Tinman in Wizard of Oz and Jinx and Frankie in 5 productions of Forever Plaid.
As an arts educator Justin has taught for Camp Broadway in their Royal Caribbean Adventure Theater and the "Bravo On With The Show" programs. For Camp Broadway, Mr. Greer has also served as Associate Artistic Director and Director for Professional Development, creating high quality curriculum for the arts education company.

His skills as a master class teacher and guest artist have been featured at NYU's CAP 21, US Performing Arts Camps, the Usdan Center for the Performing Arts, Syracuse University, Broadway Classroom, Broadway Artists' Alliance, City Center, Arts Horizons and in the NYC public schools, among many others.
Mr. Greer currently teaches for the First Program at Manhattan's prestigious Dalton School, where he created a theatre program for the second grade. This program culminates in an end-off-the-year show that enriches both the Social Studies and Literacy curricula. He extensively lectures and has held master classes in audition techniques, dance, acting, music and performance. Justin holds a BFA in Vocal Performance and Theatre from Carnegie Mellon University, and is pursuing his master's degree in early childhood education at Hunter College.
